Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Board of MyState Limited approved a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) on 17 December 2015 to enable eligible shareholders to reinvest their dividends in shares in MyState Limited. A copy of the DRP rules may be

The Board of MyState Limited makes a determination when considering each and every Dividend as to whether or not the DRP will be active for that Dividend. The outcome of this decision is announced to the market in respect of the Dividend.
FY24 Interim Dividend
On 23 February 2024 the MyState Limited Board announced the HY24 Interim Dividend of 11.5c per share including the activation of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) to enable shareholders to participate in further ownership of the company. The record date for the Interim Dividend is Thursday 29 February 2024.
The DRP price will be set at the volume weighted average price of MYS shares calculated over the 5 trading days Monday 4 March 2024 to Friday 8 March 2024 inclusive.
The Dividend will be paid to shareholders on Friday 22 March 2024.
Shareholders will have until 5:00pm (AEDST) on Friday 1 March 2024 to elect to participate in the DRP. Shareholders who have previously elected to participate in the DRP do not have to re-elect, their existing election stands for each subsequent Dividend (subject to Board activation of the DRP for that specific Dividend) until such time as it is terminated by the shareholder.
Shareholders who wish to participate in the DRP who do not have a current election can record a new election. Elections can be made, amended or terminated online at

by 5:00 pm (AEDST) Friday 1 March 2024. Election forms may also be obtained from Computershare on 1300 583 803. Shares issued under the DRP will, upon issue, rank equally with all other MyState shares on issue.
