No, it is not compulsory to attend the Annual General Meeting.
The AGM is a good forum for shareholders to participate directly in decision being made by MyState Limited and to hear the arguments for and against these decisions.
During the AGM, shareholders are asked to vote on important issues and also have the opportunity to put questions to the Board.
If you would like to vote but you are unable to attend the AGM, you will need to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. You can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf online via our
AGM website.
