The Company is obliged to deduct tax at the top marginal rate plus Medicare Levy from partially franked dividends paid to Australian resident shareholders who have not supplied TFN, ABN or exemption details.

Yes. To have your name removed from the annual report mailing list you need to advise the Company's share register in writing or online. You will continue to receive all other shareholder information, including notices of shareholder meetings and proxy forms.

If you hold two or more holdings and the name and address are identical in the holdings, you can combine your shareholdings by contact the Company's share registry and quoting each holding number.

Yes. The Board of MyState Limited approved a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in December 2015. When a dividend is announced to the market, the company will advise whether the DRP is to be active for that dividend. A copy of the DRP rules may be viewed here.
