MyState Limited shareholders should consider the DRP rules carefully before deciding whether to participate in the DRP.
Shareholders resident outside Australia
In accordance with the DRP rules, the Board of MyState Limited has discretion to reject, in whole or in part, an application to participate in the DRP. This discretion includes, but is not limited to, the discretion to determine that participation in the DRP is not available to MyState shareholders who have a registered address in a country outside Australia. MyState shareholders who have a registered address in a country outside Australia are provided with the below notice regarding permitted foreign jurisdictions for participation in the DRP:

The new shares are not being offered or sold to the public within New Zealand other than to existing shareholders of MyState Limited with registered addresses in New Zealand to whom the offer of the Shares is being made in reliance on the Financial Markets Conduct (Incidental Offers) Exemption Notice 2021.
None of the DRP rules, the DRP election form, nor any other materials relating to the offer of new shares under the DRP (DRP Materials) have been registered, filed with or approved by any New Zealand regulatory authority. The DRP Materials are not a product disclosure statement under New Zealand law and are not required to, and may not, contain all the information that a product disclosure statement under New Zealand law is required to contain.
Notice to nominees and custodians
Nominees and custodians may not distribute the DRP Materials, and may not permit any beneficial shareholder to participate in the DRP, in any country outside Australia and New Zealand except, with the consent of the MyState Limited, to beneficial shareholders resident in certain other countries where MyState Limited may determine it is lawful and practical to make the DRP available.
